Coffee seduction

It is definitely time for us to talk COFFEE! It dawned on me that I have been on this blogging adventure for months now... and... my stated purpose is to keep a "record of ideas for making 'a good home' and celebrating beauty~ with jots of humor and inspiration along the way." I think at this point we know each other well enough to have a coffee conversation. :)

Believe me when I say that~ in my world~ coffee falls into every category mentioned above! It cannot be emphasized too much: in my book, a good home includes good java. There is nothing like the robust aroma of freshly ground coffee beans or the bouquet of brewing coffee.

When it comes to flavor, I have two favorite choices: Starbucks Caffe Verona and Trader Joe's Organic Fair Trade Wake Up Blend. The Starbucks official description of Verona blend reads: "A passion for the culinary romance of Italy inspired this seductive, full-bodied blend of Latin American and Asia/Pacific coffees, with Italian Roast added for depth. It’s rich and well-balanced with a dark cocoa texture and a roasty sweetness." Enough said! ;) And how about this description on the container of TJ's Wake Up Blend to take you (in your mind) to your favorite destination: "Wake up and smell the aroma of these glorious beans brewing in your morning cup of joe...Our beans are sourced from small-scale farms in Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras and Peru...It's an easy drinking, well balanced brew with smooth body...just the perfect blend to jump start your day." Need I say more? I think not...

COFFEE...

simply a beautiful thing!
